IDEXX Laboratories, Inc , - is currently hiring an Integrated Practice Business Analyst II.
The I.P. Business Analyst, along with the Alliance Partner, is responsible for supporting the strategy of the Integrated Practice along 2 key areas: Supporting Relationships and Improving Customer Experience. Primary focus for the Business Analysis traces back to ensuring that customers who have IDEXX Diagnostics that interface with Practice Management systems have the best possible experience.
The IDEXX Integrated Practice (I.P) is a key differentiating strategy for IDEXX and is critical to the long term success of all IDEXX Diagnostic and Information Management offerings.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Supporting Relationships:
Inside the IDEXX walls,
Works closely with multiple Lines of Business (LOB) to become well versed in various integration methods used in existing PIMS Integration Partners' integrations. Ultimately, answer and resolve questions without LOB support when possible
Serve as the escalation point of contact as needed with Customer Support, primarily the Communication Elevation team and Reference Lab escalation resources, to ensure both LOB's and Integration Partners are responsive to issues
Works closely with Field Support Representative trainers to ensure they have the support needed
Develops relationships with other technical resources as needed to maintain an understanding of the IDEXX ecosystem
Assist in creating documentation for groups above on the technical portions of integrations
Outside the IDEXX walls,
Develops relationships with peers at third party PIMS companies
Improving Customer
Experience:
As needed, drives resolution of integration related field issues:
Creates process to ensure LOB's are documenting Integration related issues in consistent ways for easier tracking by Integration Partner
May create and attend weekly XLOB (cross-Line of Business) meetings.
Assisting with Product Management/Influencing strategy:
Working with Alliance Partner, maintains list of upcoming tests or other types of information being launched to inform partners and understand impact to existing integrations
Assist LOB's in documenting integration process for new integrations and work to create understanding of impact of new items on integrations
Educate key stakeholders on product capabilities and explain the Integrated Practice advantages and benefits to customers as well as co-workers
Create detailed use cases and user stories as required to support the development and implementation process
Continuously champion (through identification, improvement and implementation) processes and tools to effectively support the complexity of XLOB and partner integrations
## Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree (science or engineering preferred)
Science background preferred

Experience:
4 - 7 years relevant work experience
Knowledge of marketing basics.
Three years product marketing or support experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Motivation and ability to evaluate and improve the customer experience
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Ability to make decisions based upon sound analysis and logic, deductive reasoning and consensus building
Exceptional written and oral communication skills required to gain commitment and support for decisions and motivate the organization to support the product line
Broad range of core marketing and product management skills
Must be a self-starter, capable of managing and prioritizing a large number of projects and tasks at various stages of development
Ability to interact with all levels of management and all functional areas, and externally with customers
Detail oriented and strong quantitative skills
Drive, initiative, and creativity essential
Comfortable with healthcare, diagnostic technologies and information management
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Up to 25% travel
