Summary:
This position will be a key part of the Corporate FP&A; team which assists the Senior Executive Team in managing to the company's financial performance goals. The Corporate FP&A; team coordinates the company's financial planning processes, including forecasts, budgets, long-range financial plans, assists in monitoring and evaluating total company performance and provides decision support to the Senior Executive Team. This position will support the consolidation, analysis and reporting of worldwide financial results. In addition, this position will support financial management efforts with accurate, clear and timely analyses global reporting and analysis as required in monthly and quarterly closings, forecasting/budgeting, and internal reporting. In addition, a portion of the role will involve scenario analysis in support of recommendations to senior management.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Support accurate, timely consolidation of worldwide financial results during forecasts, budgets and long-range planning exercises, including partnering with members of our global finance team.
Identify and implement improvements to optimize planning, analysis and reporting processes. This includes leveraging information technology to automate, streamline, and integrate processes.
Provide accurate, clear, concise ad hoc enterprise-level financial analysis as required.
Participate in, and may lead aspects of, the monthly close process which includes comparing actual performance to latest financial outlook, and reviewing accuracy of revenue, gross margin and expense information.
Prepare management reporting and presentation materials to be delivered to Senior Executive Team and Board of Directors.
Develop revenue/expense analyses, reports and presentations; present to senior management as required.
Perform ad hoc financial forecasting, analysis and modeling as required.
Work cross-functionally throughout the organization, serving as the primary financial contact if applicable.
Support business decisions including analysis for, new product development and acquisitions.
Identify and implement processes to monitor both financial and non-financial measures.
Monitor internal control environment. Identify gap in controls and support development of approaches to mitigate exposure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
## Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business concentration

Experience:
4-6 years of relevant financial experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong Excel skills
Knowledge in Accounting and financial analysis
Knowledge of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements Strong analytical ability Demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to present complex business ideas in a clear manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
DESIRED
Experience:
Prior experience in a global financial reporting and analysis role.
Knowledge of financial management concepts (DCF, capital planning, working capital metrics, etc.)
Knowledge of SAP and prior experience working with SAP BPC preferred.
