JOB
Summary:
Responsible for partnering with IDEXX Recruiters to source and recruit qualified candidates to fill various positions within the Reference Lab organization in a timely manner. Positions will consist of Medical Lab Technologists, Specimen Processors and other Laboratory positions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Professionally represent the IDEXX employment brand in all outreach and activities
Source candidates through variety of means.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, policies and regulations including Affirmative Action.
Requirements:
2
years recruiting and sourcing experience (familiarity with biotech and / or technical positions )
Must be internet and social media savvy and have experience mining online databases
Must display sense of urgency
Must be agile, proactive, positive and collaborative
Bachelors degree preferred
