## Description
Performs variety of systems-related analytical activities. Performs detailed systems requirements analysis and documentation. Serves on systems development/upgrade/ enhancement project teams as technical liaison between business clients and Information Technology and/or the development group. Analyzes, understands and translates business needs into technical configurations/detailed requirements that developers can use as guidelines for their configuration/programming work to tailor development process to meet project needs. Communicates back to business clients about technical feasibility of requests and project plans and any modifications necessary, coordinating with project team to agree on course of action.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Performs detailed systems requirements analysis and documentation. Leads requirements meetings with business analysts, end users and others to break down product requirements into work categories and user interactions sufficiently detailed to meet the needs of the development team.
Documents system requirements, coordinating user stories for managing, planning and testing work, and capturing system design using user interface design documents, screen shots, interactions and other information. Creates requirements documents, including use case, flow diagrams, detailed business rules and other information. Coordinates with user interaction specialists and others.
Serves on systems development/upgrade/enhancement project teams as technical liaison between business clients, IT Infrastructure and the development group.
Analyzes, understands and translates business needs into technical configurations/detailed requirements that administrators/developers can use as guidelines for their configuration and/or programming work to tailor the development process to meet project needs.
Communicates back to business clients about technical feasibility of requests and project plans and any modifications necessary, coordinating with project team to agree on course of action.
Creates system workflow and application documentation as needed.
Develops strong business relationships with assigned business and with other related departments and vendors to ensure successful systems and applications implementations.
Performs more specialized activities involving deeper experience in particular business/product areas.
Can work independently on projects, including with non-technology personnel.
## Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
Typically 5
years related experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Computer-related aptitude required.
General business knowledge required, including specific knowledge of business/products supported preferred.
Excellent problem solving skills required.
Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required.
Project management skills required.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
Strong knowledge of queries, report writers and databases.
Strong in agile development methodology and writing criteria.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
