IDEXX Laboratories, Inc , - is currently hiring for a Software Configuration Engineer.
Job
Summary:
Work with the configuration management team to build, release, and deploy software releases for various IDEXX instruments. This person will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the existing configuration management system used by the Embedded Software team.
Required
Experience:
Software build/deploy/release experience
Strong knowledge of automated software test systems and implementation
Strong knowledge of Linux Operating systems
Experience with evaluating, deploying and integrating open source solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills
Embedded/cross-compiling experience a plus
Proficiency with one or more of the following scripting languages:
Shell
Python
Perl
Ruby
Experience with one or more of the following tools:
Jenkins
Puppet, Chef, cfengine
Git, Mercurial (distributed RCS)
Amazon AWS or other cloud services
cmake
