ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INTERN : Work with Head of Organization Development to enhance and implement key talent processes - which may include one or more of the following: annual employee engagement survey, oranizational and succession planning processes, new employee onboarding, and other strategic talent initiatives.
ABOUT THE IDEXX INTERN PROGRAM: IDEXX Interns will have the opportunity for hands-on research and work experience in our cutting-edge research facility to supplement course of study. Interns will gain real-world experience and may be assigned to project teams.
These roles are compensated at a competitive rate; interns will work full-time hours for the summer months.
In addition to professional experiences, IDEXX interns have the opportunity to participate in a variety of additional activities, including:
Weekly small-group meetings to discuss their internships with other students and mentors
"Lunch and Learn" seminars on research topics with our leadership team
Workshops on relevant issues such as career planning, professional topics, etc.
Intern final presentations
Social mixers and events

## Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must be returning IDEXX interns or have completed at least one year of college. A track record of student success and potential as demonstrated by GPA, research portfolio, prior work experiences and/or the recommendation of a professor is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
