This position leads all non electrical/non mechanical facilities disciplines. Looking for a strong leader who can focus on developing a team and continuously improving processes. Will lead multiple and cross functional projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize day to day work orders in CMMS.
Maintain daily work schedules for Building services.
Create reports for management review.
Schedule and Coordinate building maintenance and repairs (both internal and external resources).
50% in the field time (Westbrook, Maine) overseeing and improving task efficiency and quality.
Schedule and review Preventative Maintenance activities to ensure ISO compliance.
Schedule and lead training (including compliance training) for Building Services staff.
Order supplies for projects and for non-vendor managed inventory.
Drive continuous improvement for all building services tasks.
## Qualifications
EDUCATION :
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Additional training and/or certification beyond high school preferred.
Trade licenses and/or Associates Degree in maintenance related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE :
4
years of leadership experience in the maintenance field.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Familiar with a variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to successfully lead teams in a deadline and quality-focused organization
Ability to multi-task, sort and prioritize work load
Ability to assess and define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to comprehend written, graphic and quantitative information
Strong communication skills
Must be proficient in CMMS, SAP, Livelink, and other software packages associated with the position
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights above ground level
Capable of lifting 50 pounds
Ability to work overtime hours as required
