Located just outside Portland, we are a growing financial services firm and are currently looking for a Lead Developer to join our tightknit group and oversee our development team. This will be about a 50/50 split between hands on development and team management, so strong skills in both areas are a must. We use a variety of different technologies, so someone who is well versed with multiple web based technologies will be a big help. Mentor and train Junior Developers
Help develop best practices moving forward
Make sure our team delivers high quality software on time and on budget
#### What You Need for this Position
Strong team leadership and management experience
Hands on development with a variety of different technologies - JAVA, PHP, Python, Mobile
The ability to mentor Junior Developers
Code reviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills
