Are you a multi-tasker with the ability to pick up on new tasks quickly and enjoy working in a fast paced environment?We have an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with an area insurance firm that could be the perfect position for you! In this position, you will be doing a variety of tasks including: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Processing and distributing incoming paper and electronic mail, as well as processing outgoing mail Prepare, scan and index all forms of electronic mail room using machinery and imaging systems Process shipping, receiving and deliveries Monitor and analyze image system queues for system for system and user problems Assemble policy paperwork, including billing for mailing In this position, you will work Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
