4K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Position Summary In partnership with MaineHealth and the MaineHealth Medical Group-Population Health Management executive leadership, this Director position provides strategic direction and leadership for all activities, projects and programs that support Population Health Management's patient outreach and digital and remote care coordination activities.
The MaineHealth Medical Group is seeking a strategic and consultative leader with demonstrated success in patient outreach and engagement, strong creativity, innovative thinking, knowledge of healthcare and healthcare IT, and the ability to lead and manage large-scale development projects.
Through strategic partnerships, the position is responsible for the exploration, implementation, testing and maintenance of new technology and strategies in support of key population health management programs.
Position is responsible for the oversight of programs including team performance, provider and care team education, and compliant procedures.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare IT or related field.
Master's Degree preferred.
License/Certifications:
N/A
Experience:
3-5 years of related development and/or technical management experience.
3-5 years of progressive leadership of teams.
Experience with population health management principles is preferred.
Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and evaluation.
Proficiency in Microsoft software suite.
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with staff and coworkers.
Excellent customer service skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
