We are a family owned, employee first company, with an open door policy.
We know that if we treat our employees right, they will in return be reliable, customer focused, and have a good work ethic/attitude.
We do require the following requirements in order to consider any future potential employment:
Reliable transportation, and a good working cell phone.
Ability to read, write, and speak english fluently.
At least 3 professional references of either current or previous employers.
WEEKEND AND EVENING AVAILABILITY IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST Typical tasks included with this position are included but not limited to:
trash removal.
sweeping/vacuuming/mopping floors Wiping desks, counters, and other general surfaces.
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, breakrooms, kitchens ETC.
Being a team player and also being able to do work individually.
Ability to take direction, and learn by watching.
( Everyone learns differently ) Good communication, if supplies or equipment is needed at different work places supervisors need to be notified.
Good work ethic/attitude, making sure work is being performed properly, and safely.
