Will work on new product releases and new product launches up to the point of marketing release. Will work with R&D; to realize the needs; to get new features through the R&D; development process.
Must have software requirements experience based in solid understanding of external customer needs, requirements and user stories.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify user information requirements and seek opportunities to support critical business strategies, improve business processes, and educate the workforce about the strategic use of technology.
Business analysis, requirements and projects may include the following activities/
Responsibilities:
Plan an approach for documenting, categorizing, and packaging requirements.
Verify that requirements are testable and generate testing objectives.
Create tools and supporting processes that allow business analysts and project teams to conduct requirement reviews.
Outline requirements and manage scope.
Provide input and updates to project plans, resource tracking, issues, and risks during projects.
Compile and executes use of tools, templates and processes for business analysts and project teams.
Plan/execute/deliver quality improvement.
Gather specifications, requirements and enhancements that will achieve the customers and business goals.
Translate requirements into solutions that may include a systems development component, process improvement or organizational change.
Work closely with the business and project team members to evaluate business needs, define and prioritize requirements, and ensure that process flows and analytical capabilities align with leading business practices.
Work as part of project teams to create/enhance/implement business processes and supporting solutions ensuring requirements are delivered as agreed and on time, gathering additional resources as needed. Assist and lead projects and teams.
Identify and gather business requirements in a group setting by preparing an agenda and managing the group discussions.
Research internal and external leading business practices. Promote and direct ongoing use of processes and supporting functionality so that business unit management fully exploits business information to deliver added value.
Market and communicate program vision to project teams, key business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Ensure continued business sponsorship, engagement and commitment.
## Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Science; or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
Masters Degree, a plus
EXPERIENCE :

years of related experience

Solid reasoning and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
Solid project management skills and abilities, with ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Organized, with ability to manage and prioritize several projects at once
Drive, initiative and creativity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to translate business process or concepts into technical requirements (and vice versa)
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional organization
Strong personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
